Common questions

• How do I sign in? Enck OS uses a passwordless magic link, Sign in with Apple, or Google sign-in. Every account gets a separate private workspace; monthly access begins after checkout.
• How do I change or cancel billing? Open Billing & accessfrom the account menu, then choose Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your workspace data remains available for export or deletion even after product access ends.
• How do I try the app? On the sign-in screen, tap Explore the Demo to browse Enck OS with sample data — no account required.
• What data does the app use? Only what you enable. Data sources such as Apple Health, Contacts, Calendar, and Reminders are each off until you turn them on and grant permission. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from inside the app: open Settings, choose Privacy and Lifecycle, tap Delete Account, and confirm. This cancels any current subscription, removes your content and login, and cannot be undone. If you need help, email enckeg@gmail.com.
