Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Enck OS. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Enck OS provides a private workspace for tasks, messages, calendars, connected services, and related personal operations. You are responsible for the content you add, the accounts you connect, and keeping your sign-in method secure.
Monthly subscription
The price displayed before checkout is charged by Stripe at the start of each monthly billing period. The subscription renews each month until canceled. Taxes may be added where required. You can view invoices, update payment details, or cancel from the Billing & access page.
Cancellation and payment failures
You may cancel at any time. Unless Stripe shows otherwise during cancellation, access continues through the paid period and future renewals stop. Failed, incomplete, past-due, unpaid, paused, or canceled subscriptions do not provide product access. Cancellation or nonpayment does not delete your workspace; you may still sign in to manage billing, export data, or delete the account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Enck OS to break the law, infringe others’ rights, interfere with the service, access another person’s workspace, or transmit malicious code. We may suspend access when needed to protect users or the service.
Connected services and AI
Features that connect third-party accounts depend on those providers and their terms. AI output can be incomplete or wrong; review it before relying on it or taking consequential action.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Enck OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
